Catering which goes by price of per person; there are lot more services you can opt for through services tab. Just select the items you are looking for and it will create a cart with price per person (Including taxes and delivery charges if delivery is selected). No need to get in how much quantity you will need for your party; leave it on us. Please read our guidelines to consider for ordering full service catering.

Catering which goes by selecting appropriate tray sizes; there are very few options on selecting services here. You will have flexibility to select the item and tray sizing for each based on your party size and timings. Please read our guidelines to consider for ordering catering by tray.

If the event date is open for ordering online please go ahead and order it. Please check with our team if you are opting for any services (e.g, Chafer setup, Servers or Chef service) since those get booked pretty fast and early. If team is not available for any of the services mentioned above, we can refund your order in full amount.

Payment can be made either 30% or full while placing an order. Any payment made online is non-refundable if order is canceled within 2 weeks of the event date for the order.

If order is made with partial payment then, you can request the changes on the same email which you have got notification of the order. Our team will make those changes to your order and generate invoice accordingly. If order is made with full payment, we wont be able to change your order and new changes have to be made with ordering new online order.

Chafer setup includes setting up the chafing dishes for the food you have ordered. Team will come to setup the chafing dishes for hot food and platters for cold food on provided tables. Once the event is over, our team will pickup the chafing dishes and platters. (please give us at least 30mins of lookahead time to pickup the chafers). Please note that Tables,Linens and cutlery are not included in chafer setup.

No. It has to be ordered separately and you can find those in services tab under full service catering.

Yes. Once order is placed online, payment gets verified and confirmation email will be sent on your email address. If you haven’t received any confirmation email, most likely we have not received your order and we recommend checking with our team to make sure we have received it.
